Dual Barn Conversion — Luxury 5-Bedroom Holiday Accommodation

This project involves the full conversion of two derelict barns into a stunning 5-bedroom holiday complex. Currently in progress, the scheme includes a complete structural restoration and redesign, transforming the original agricultural buildings into high-quality, characterful holiday accommodation. Every aspect of the project is being managed in-house — from the initial design concept and architectural planning through to construction, interior decoration, and furnishing. The finished complex will combine rustic barn features with contemporary interiors, creating a unique and luxurious retreat designed to offer guests an exceptional experience.

Luxury Pool, Gym & Apartment Extension — Isle of Man This project is currently underway at a private home on the Isle of Man. A new build rear extension will house an indoor swimming pool and fully equipped gym, while the existing apartment above the garage is being extended and redesigned to create a spacious luxury apartment. Both elements are being carefully integrated with the existing property, with contemporary glazed finishes connecting each space to its surroundings.

Luxury Pool, Gym & Apartment Extension — Isle of Man

This project is currently underway at a private residential property. A large bespoke glazed rear extension is being designed and constructed, featuring full-height glass panels that will flood the open-plan living and dining areas with natural light while creating a seamless connection between the interior and rear garden. Alongside the extension, the existing home is undergoing a complete refurbishment — including a redesigned kitchen, updated bathrooms, and modernised finishes throughout. The project also includes a full interior furnishing package, with carefully selected furniture, fixtures, and styling to deliver a finished, ready-to-live-in home. Every detail is being considered to blend contemporary design with the character of the original property.
